12. Faye is 3 times Chesca's age. In 3 years, she will be twice Chesca's age. Find out their present ages.

13. Cecil is a year older than twice her sister's age. The difference of their ages is 18. Find their present ages.

14. A wealthy old man is criticized for marrying a woman whom he is 3 times older than. But in 20 years, he will be 2 times her age. How old are they?

15. Bea's present age is 2/3 of Alyanna's. In 8 years, Bea's age will be 4/5 of Alyanna's. How old are they now.
